johnno56 was asking about how to go about making a game that could have 3D perspective so I decided to build a Mode 7 demo to show some basic capabilities. It includes a texture compiler which can load a ".bmp" file and create a raw data file from it which I made it much faster to generate a texture buffer. This does not use any language specific features so it should be pretty easy to convert to whatever language you choose.
Note: This is really just a starting point as it could use a lot more optimization. I may release an improved version at some point.
Controls:
The Arrow Keys, A, and D

Cool demo...
There was one command that I have not seen before, "DrawField()". Could not find it in the "help'. What does it do?

Well, that just proves it, my eyesight is on the fritz! Maybe I should examine the code more closely instead of jumping to conclusions... lol

Sorry about not commenting. I was just trying to put something together real quick to show how some cool 3D effects could be achieved. I will add some comments and reupload it as soon as I get a chance.
