My favorite is his game Attack...complete with awesome box art Not because I contributed, but because I actually played it alot lol. Attack is a very amazing community project!!!! In the next SyntaxBomb contest, our community should submit another outstanding game.

n00b: You were indeed correct, as usual, Geany was in fact set to run and compile using version 3.10. Geany has been modified and the Mode7 demo runs as it should. Error free. Many thanks. Kennn: You never cease to amaze me as to the number of ideas you have to promote RCBasic. I am impressed and a little ashamed that I did not think of your current idea. *sigh* Regardless. The idea has been put forward and I personally thinks its a good idea. I have used itch.io in the past (just for looking for Linux-based games) and was impressed by the quantity and quality of the games. I also noticed that itch.io caters for multiple operating systems. I personally do not know how to "package" an RCBasic game, but I would imagine that, for systems such as Android and Apple-type systems, a Software Development Kit would need to be installed. I could be over-thinking this... Oh dear... I have just created a personal account on itch.io.... Very easy to setup. Account creation also includes the option to distribute games as well. As I have no experience in publishing games etc., perhaps n00b can give us some pointers or suggestions as to how to package and publish? ( No pressure Admin... ) Oh, I see through you little scheme... Once a distribution point has been established then there would be an implied obligation on our part, to provide itch.io with sufficient games so as to either promote RCBasic or warrant the creation of the account... Very clever!! As a side note: I was checking out your profile, to try and determine where you are on this planet, when I noticed that we missed your birthday? Happy belated birthday for November 1st... ( this is the part where there is cheering, clapping and streamers!!!) I need more coffee....

Wow! Very good. RCBasic can significantly be introduced to many people. The introduction effect should be quite good.
Android and Mac? Really don't know. The steps may be complex. If your projects can be provided with Win, Linux, Android and Mac versions, those visitors on your webpage on itch.io will have full confidence in RCBasic.
Good news! Perhaps you should consider which project to upload first. 1945, Attack, Breakout and Santa are nice choices.
Ha...yes, 1 Nov. Moreover, I am in an ordinary Asian city...yes!
About introduction of RCBasic to other people, uploading to itch.io is more effective than uploading to this forum. I think that RCBasic projects uploaded to itch.io need to be okay quality, but need not to be very high quality. It is not a competition. I think that okay quality RC projects with various platforms' versions may make many visitors like RCBasic.

johnno56 I am working on a tool to package rcbasic programs as AppImages on linux. An AppImage will allow you to bundle your programs as a single executable file that will run on any linux distro. Once I finish it I will post a video on how to use it. On Windows, you can download the Windows version of RCBasic and go into the rcbasic/rcbasic_(32 or 64) and copy the rcbasic.exe and all the *.dll files to the folder where your *.cbc file is and rename rcbasic.exe to Your_CBC_File.exe. I will cover this in the video once I am done with the tool for linux. On Mac or IOS, you need to download the Mac or IOS versions to a Mac and follow the instructions included with each. Note: I am currently looking into methods of packaging on Windows but as I am not all that familiar with Windows this might take a while.
