This worked for me... It's not pretty but it worked....
First, I checked the original Wolf3D for the colours... I know... absolutely no fashion sense by developers... lol (no offense intended...)
Using the following modification to the draw function.
' Draw ceiling setColor(rgb(56,56,56)) rectFill(0, 0, WINDOW_RENDER_WIDTH, WINDOW_RENDER_HEIGHT / 2) ' Draw Floor setColor(rgb(112,112,112)) rectFill(0, WINDOW_RENDER_HEIGHT / 2, WINDOW_RENDER_WIDTH, WINDOW_RENDER_HEIGHT)
I found that a player speed of 8 was too fast... Back to original, 4
Of course, I had to prevent floor.bas from being included and the initialization of the floor as well...
NB: I think the floor tiles look better... maybe you can just use the ceiling? lol

I am going to try 1 more trick to speed the floor rendering up. It probably isn't going to have much of an impact though.
