Hello.....Merry Christmas...I suggest that the following kind of thread is created and pinned. This kind of thread can offer a warm welcome to all new members. Our forum will also look more friendly. Furthermore, old members will be able to realize brief backgrounds of new members. It is a good way to develop cohesion in our forum. The community cohesion can help to reduce the churn rate of the forum. Thanks. godotforums.org/discussion/14452/lets-introduce-ourselves(Godot is a very famous game making software and such welcome thread is in their forum.)

Interesting concept. I have never come across 'Welcoming or Introduction' on a forum before. Sounds like a good idea.

Interesting concept. I have never come across 'Welcoming or Introduction' on a forum before. Sounds like a good idea. I totally agree with you. This type of thread is also in the forum of a famous game making software(Defold engine): forum.defold.com/t/introduce-yourself/18 Our official forum will be very, very excellent and near perfect in 2021.

Good idea. I will Pin this thread. Thanks. Well Done. All new members come here to introduce yourselves, yeah! So do old members.... I discovered RCBasic about three years ago. Then I registered at this forum. However, I still don't have too much programming knowledge. I was very busy recently. Therefore, I could not spend any time on learning RCBasic. Reading members' posts in this forum is enjoyable.
