Opening size of the editor of RC BASIC is always the same

Its not really a bug. Its just the default size of the window. The editor does not save any configuration files to load so it always opens with the settings I hard coded in it. I think that the current editor has probably outlived its usefulness though. I wanted to bundling geany with rcbasic. It is the editor I actually use so it would make sense.
