When I compile a source, I get a file with "cbc" as extension. How to get an executable file, with "exe" as extension ?

to distribute your program, go in the dist\windows folder. Copy all the files in that folder and paste them where your project is. Then rename rb_rt.exe to what the name of your *.cbc file is. Then when you run the *.exe file it should run your program. I originally had it build standalone *.exe but it caused some programs to randomly crash. I am working on fixing the problem so soon you should just be able to compile to a *.exe if you want.

Not really a problem, the process is quite simple really. For testing purposes you can do all that through Geany.
