So its a basic to Javascript translator. It is interesting but if they going to talk about how it is compatible with Javascript then why wouldn't you just use Javascript.

So its a basic to Javascript translator. It is interesting but if they going to talk about how it is compatible with Javascript then why wouldn't you just use Javascript. My analysis, the target audience of AOZ Studio is: 1. The fans of François Lionet in AMOS BASIC era. These people still like AMOS BASIC very, very much. 2. People who are not familiar with programming. For example, kids. This is on their website: "Easy programming made so kids from 10yo can start. With a simple syntax, the power of objects and parallel processing." BASIC should be easier than Javascript, Java, C#, etc. I really think that BASIC is easier. One reason is that BASIC looks like English grammar. On the other hand, this is on their website: "Your AOZ applications can run in a browser, or as a native executable on Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android and iOS, on any computer, smartphones..." Cross-platform! AOZ may be a superior and direct competitor against RCBasic in the future.
