I did some research on this topic already however I can't find a solution to this problem:
I have a image that shoud be fixed to a "handle", and then rotate around this handle or connecting the "handle" like a ceneter point with a circle having the radius of the height or the image, now drawimage_rotate does not do the job it rotates the image around the center of the image. Like the image of hand around the center of a clock.
Currently I do still look for an algorithmical solution, moving the zero coordinate of the image while rotating it which is complicate as the image is not quadratic, the other solution is to paint the same image as mirror image with one half being transparent and set the zero coordinate of the image so that its center is at the point of the handle.
Any suggestions? Or Information?

Sorry for the late reply. I had to take a break with all the stuff I have going on right now. To answer your question, the way I would probably handle this is by changing your image size so that the center could be rotated a long an axis. The following images should explain what I mean. #1 #2 #3 #4
