Wow I am I ever glad I bought the farm, calving was insane, 165 calves in 45 days = no sleep lol. 300 acres of seeding done, 400 to go. 2 tractors tore apart waiting for parts, all the maintenance to do on the haying equipment 2 balers, discbine, tractors and then fence fixing can start, hopefully get that buttoned up before 1st cut is ready......I'm not bored 😁....oh and last night I actually got to look at my engine and demo code then promptly fell asleep 😄. Can't wait till things slow down and I can do some coding again.
What's everyone else been up to?

Sounds like your 168 hours a week are pretty well booked... I am not surprised that you rarely have time to code. We all have our priorities...
"What's everyone been up to?"
Cannot speak for anyone else... But me... Running around like a head-less chook looking for creativity or ideas for coding. I have been looking into Interactive Fiction; Recursive and non-recursive flood fill (Yes. I know that RC has already got "fill" built in. Just want to test other algorithms). Still trying my hand at converting "old" games but finding it so frustrating when I fail...
My grandson wants to learn Unity. No idea as to even how to begin to help him. Advised him to concentrate on his school work and then, if time permits and it doesn't effect his grades, search for tutorials etc... Major problem is going to be his laptop. It's an under-powered machine that is suited for school work. I doubt he will be able to run Unity... Time will tell...
"Can't wait till things slow down and I can do some coding again."
We lived on a dairy farm for just over 4 years. In all that time, the only time we actually saw our father, was on Sundays (day off) or if we ventured down to the milking sheds... but most times he was off doing this or that around the farm. He had almost zero spare time. He was either working or sleeping... I think that when we moved back to Melbourne, even though he found work, he was basically bored. He had more time for us but we could see he wasn't happy. Although the work was hard I think he missed the country.
Farm animals are so unpredictable at times. I think they can sense that, "The human is not doing anything. One of you guys, step in a rabbit hole and watch him run around."
I can feel the effect of the coffee that I had two hours ago is fading... fading... fading...

No problem Johnno. If you have time ...find one example called LEVY.bas i tried to modify and run it in microA but not work it use some version of LineTo command ,so is not classic LINE x,y,x1,y1 so can you run it in RCbasic ? it work in qb64 but resulting drawing is not exactly like author present.

I have had a quick look at the listing... Yikes! Line numbers... I think, but could be wrong, but the line -() may mean that a) Draw a line from the preceding drawn line to the lineto's current coordinate or it could mean to draw a line relative to the last line's position... I will see if I can convert it...

I have attached a screen image. Ran it via QB64. I am not familiar with the 'window' command. It's used to scale the output. I have no idea as to how to convert the command to run in RC.

I found an RC command that 'might' do the trick.
DrawImage_Zoom(slot, x, y, zx, zy)
Draw an image at x, y and scale by zx, zy
Only drawback I can see... I need to know 'where' the image is, and how big it is, so that it can be captured into a 'slot'. This has a better chance of working than my "I have no idea" plan... lol (Either my conversion is faulty or, when the program completes, the image is off the screen...) I will try again...
I noticed that almost all of those examples use the Window command...

yes that is a big problem to me too i don't know what that command mean , is that some sort of scale measurment or cartesian system? i am puzled about this one ...
uff i hade another one : henon:
5 'from Lauwerier H., 1991. "Fractals Images of Chaos" Penguin 209p.
10 'Orbits of Henon's Quadratic System
20 'Name: HENON
30 SCREEN 12, 0, 0, 0: CLS : RANDOMIZE 1
35 COLOR 15: LOCATE 1, 1: PRINT "Orbits of Henon's quadratic system"
40 For k = 1 TO 20
45 cc = k MOD 8: COLOR cc + 8
50 x = -.4 + RND: y = -.4 + RND
60 WINDOW (-1.6, -1.2)-(1.6, 1.2)
70 a = .24: b = SQR(1 - a ^ 2)
80 For n = 1 TO 500
85 PSET (x, y)
90 z = x: x = x * a - (y - x * x) * b
100 y = z * b + (y - z * z) * a
110 If (abs(x) + abs(y)) > 10 THEN Goto 130
120 Next n
130 Next k
140 BEEP: COLOR 2: a$ = INPUT$(1): SYSTEM
on first look are simple but how work i really have no clue

I tried to run this without the Window statement and the image was somewhere off screen...

As far I understand, the window command remaps the coordinates of the screen. When using
WINDOW (-1.6, -1.2)-(1.6, 1.2)
then pset(-1.6,-1.2) will draw a dot in the lower left corner of the screen. pset(1.6,1.2) will draw a dot in the top right corner of the screen. pset(0,0) would draw a dot in the center of the screen.

No is not because what you can see in 1.2 pixel in window...nothing this must be some sort of zoom / scaled window
