Ok. Here is a completely useless program. Useless in the sense that you cannot use it to enhance any game or app. It's a graphics demo. This is a conversion from a Basic256 demo. I have also included the original listing for those of us that are curious. Basic256 uses 'rect' and 'poly' slightly differently to RC. Both of those commands, in Basic256, will draw filled shapes. Examine to way RC uses 'polyfill' compared to Basic256's 'poly'. I have left the original 'poly' command in the listing. Is it finished? According to the original listing, yes. To 'my' satisfaction, no. This was made purely to see if I could. Mouse function is a little too fast and the font doesn't look 'right'. If would probably look better if the 'screen' was larger. Anyway, it was a fun little project. but will probably only serve as a curiosity. I will not be offended if you do not use/keep this program... If you don't, you will be removed from my xmas list... Nah. Kidding. I have no xmas list... lol As the author did not include a name, I cannot give any credits. perlinLandscape.zip (493.37 KB)

I saw a game on Atari with similar graphics.
Just this awfully long code ...
