Interesting question. I hadn't even thought about it... I would have to say that Flappy would be moving at the same speed as the 'background' objects... but in the opposite direction... If the scenery is moving at '5', Flappy would have to be moving at "-5", so as to appear to be remaining motionless...

Sorry. I misunderstood. The two variables involved are "fly" and "gravity". When the left mouse button or space bar are pressed, Flappy moves up (fly) by -4 otherwise Flappy is continuously falling (gravity) by 3

Rosy. All movement, both vertical and horizontal, were faster using RC... That's on my machine... I am using the Linux versions of both sdlbasic and rcbasic. I cannot speak for the performance of the windows versions...

This is a pretty good version of flappy bird. I really liked the day to night transitions. This could be done seamlessly with ColorMod ...
