Has anyone tried it already? I'm using windows now, mainly by accident. My older son got a new gaming machine from Santa and gave his laptop to my younger son who gave his old laptop to me. It's crap, but better than my old laptop that at the momement serves as an external hard drive for backup. I wanted to install Linux on my "new" machine, but all distros I've tried on it couldn't see the touchpad. Finaly I asked myself "Do I really need to do it?" And the answer was "F...k it!" I use ma laptop maybe a couple of hours per week, mainly for coding and I decided that Windows would be absolutely fine for it. No need to waste several hours for finding, installing, configuring a new Linux distro and moving all the files. My son insisted that his new computer had Windows 10 on it. He didn't want 11 and, since he know about hardware and gaming much more than I do, I simply trusted him. This made me courious and I started to read opinions about Win 11 and, of course, prople either hate it or love it. So, what is your opinion?

For some 100 years he has been explaining that each newer version is worse ... For 100 years I have been saying what Linux is the best ... But lambs always know better ...
