Gambas... Now there is an application I haven't seen for a long time... Many years ago I 'tinkered' with it, just to see what it was like. I had absolutely no idea how to use back then, and I am yet to get back into it... Let me know your opinion of it or perhaps your level of skill?

i tested gambas in an lxd container in isolation because this language installs too many dependencies. it's a complete development environment. it reminds me of visual basic under windows. it's an interpreter, there's a graphical interface designer. it's impressive. there are many examples that can be downloaded from the interface. that said, it must be complicated to distribute programs designed with gambas because there are a lot of dependencies, maybe we should add the possibility to generate appimages, that would solve the problem.
