A prototype of a game inspired by Space War - after Johnny's stories about the first computer games. True in my Basic C, but similar ... I am enclosing the source and executable code in Linux. SDL2 required. Control: Player 1: arrows, left+right - gas Player 2: Z C

Ok. Very cool game. Navigation took a bit of getting used to... Zero gravity. Gotta love it! Speaking of gravity... That star has a nasty habit of dragging in my ship if I get too close! lol Severe sunburn!! lol
I had no problem with SDL2... Linux Mint 20.3 has it built-in... The game ran very smoothly... I didn't last very long... but it ran smoothly!
Great job!

rosy I tried it out. First thing I would suggest is that you let players know what version of SDL2 you used and whether they need the 32-bit or 64-bit dll. As for the game, I think the controls are responsive but I was confused on how to control the ship.

I've uploaded old and new versions for Win. In the old one additionally use Shift and Ctrl ... 64-bit version. The version number may also be important, because I had problems running in Win ...
