Humble? The guy in my mirror would disagree... lol I will admit that I can be creative at times... but that's pretty rare... "Every" contest? I have no problem with assisting a group in whatever way I can, but as I have said earlier, ideas and desire are my largest hurdle...
Ok... Most of my programming involves; Looking for and downloading as many tutorials (pdf's or videos) as I can find in regards to Basic; Lua; Pygame etc, in the hope that recreating those programs will either equip or provide me with inspiration to generate ideas and develop skills. Plenty of "beginner" stuff but very little "advanced". It's a little difficult to progress to a diet of "meat" if all you have is "milk"... Notice primarily 2D tools? Guess what type of games I grew up with? When I was a kid there were no computers, except in some businesses and universities, and they were mainframe. I was married before the advent of "person computers"... Apple, commodore, Amstrad were available. IBM-type PC's were far to expensive. Pong, Asteroids and Mario brothers (and games like that)... Now days they are called "The Classics". 3D type games, like Doom, were still a decade away. 2D is what I enjoyed most. These are they types of games I try to gain inspiration from, but times change; machines change; coding tools change. My biggest question is, "Why can't 'I' change?"
Having a section within a forum, dedicated to tutorials and for coders of different skill levels, is a great idea. The "catch 22" is, to produce tutorials you need to have the skills to code what you are teaching. You acquire the necessary skills by reading/watching tutorials. Almost an endless loop. Who said we cannot teach about loops... lol
I'm babbling again... Sorry... Still trying to learn brevity... lol
But thank you for the kind words. Much appreciated. More coffee is the answer...

Nevertheless......I will not submit any game from rosy since I am not a maker of these games.

Kennn,
My comment may seem enthusiastic only because time is running out. Trying to express urgency. The information is quite long, because the maker of the game, needs to provide as much information as possible. A lot of entries are made using one of many engines. The judges need that information so as to be able to run the game. Several platform with many engines make for a complicated method of testing. The game creator needs to be the submitter as the game maker can answer/provide all the information. Registration is free.

Incorrect. It is 'not' that I do not want to... As I am not the author of the game I cannot provide the information that they require.
"unfortunately against rules of the competition"? I checked the link. Are you referring to "more than one key" or the images used in ROKART? I can understand the use of "Mario Kart"... But a redesign or "free" images could be the way to go...

Rosy, You will need a different track. Although it was probably found on a website, the track is actually a Super Mario Kart track, as such may be subject to copyright. I am not making excuses or trying to discourage an entry. The only reason I guessed it was a Mario Kart track, is because I have experimented with this very same track, several months back. Just trying to prevent any embarrassment or difficulties... All is not lost.... opengameart.org/content/racing-pack contains "free" assets to create any track you wish. According to the rules, these assets are fine, as long as you state they are open source and prove a link to the file(s). As long as the track is not the same or a clone you should be good to go....

RCBasic distribution tool requires a "system" to be able to create the correct executable... Are you wanting 32 or 64 bit Windows? See attached. Once the executable is created, I can then give them a link to the file, and we're done. Note: Your game gives the player a choice of either RCTL or P to control the game. Technically that is two keys... I modified it to use only CTRL. Can I have a a brief description of the game and how it is played?
